Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lipz by Bre is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lipz by Bre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will review your request and work toward a solution.
